RESERVATION POLICIES
SITE DESCRIPTION
There are Five RV Slips available in the Lost River Ridge RV Park. Each slip is approximately 40’ long with a concrete parking stop.
Reservations must be made through www.lostriverridge.com with full payment made at the time of the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made through your original reservation on www.lostriverridge.com. No refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for the payment.

SITE ACCOMMODATIONS
All site numbers are subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid with your reservation. All certified RV types are permitted unless prevented by specific site constraints. Sleeping tents are prohibited. Dining canopy tents are permitted, but may not be used for over-night sleeping. Sites must be cleaned up of garbage and debris prior to departure. Additional charges may result for sites requiring additional cleaning.
PERMITTED OCCUPANTS
All reservations include a maximum of 4 guests unless otherwise stated. You must register all guests when making your reservation. The individual reserving the site must be a minimum of 21 years of age and be physically present at the time of check in.
VISITORS
Registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted. This is a small park not intended for parties and large gatherings.

- We are a Dry-Camping RV Park – No water/electric hookups or sewage dumping.
- Guests must stay in an RV with a functioning bathroom. There are no bathroom facilities available on the property. We strictly prohibit the use of the woods and grounds for human and pet waste.
- Generators are permitted, but must be quiet.
- Sites include a fire ring, picnic table and trashcan.

GENERAL RULES
LOST RIVER LODGE
We have a large short-term lodge rental at the ¼ mile up the drive from the RV Park. The privacy of our Lodge guests is our #1 Priority. Guests of the RV Park are only permitted in the RV Park. They are not permitted to explore the trails or grounds. They are also not permitted to travel up the driveway to “check out” the Lodge. QUIET HOURS
Our quiet time is from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. daily, but please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day. During quiet hours, there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises allowed. QUIET generators only.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR
Please be considerate of your neighbors' privacy and space. Do not walk on, or pass through the site of another guest. Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests. Please be mindful of our local bylaws and conservation of resources. Offensive or intolerant language and actions will not be tolerated, included with respect to race, religion, sexual orientation, or political views, and the presence or existence of any language, actions, visuals or symbols (e.g. visuals depicting confederate flags, swastikas, racial slurs, etc.) that may be deemed to be offensive will not be permitted on property. We reserve the right to immediately terminate a booking and evict any guest, without refund, for failure to comply with these rules and/or staff's request for you to remove the display of any offensive visuals or symbols.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is ONLY permitted INSIDE your vehicle or RV as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
SITE SAFETY
Each site is provided one table, as well as one fire pit if allowed by local regulations. Please do not burn or leave trash in fire pits, and please do not move fire pits without permission from the staff. All fires must be contained to the pit/ring, and campfires are permitted from 8 a.m. to midnight. Never leave a fire unattended. If a county burn ban is in effect, you will be notified. Any chemicals or toxic materials must remain locked up at all times, or safely removed from the access of children or animals.
PETS
We are a pet-friendly RV Park, but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and that no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site. There is a maximum of two pets per reservation Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. You must register your pet(s) when booking your reservation.
GARBAGE
Any garbage is to be bagged up put in the trashcan with the lid secured at your site. You are responsible to supply your own trash bags.
FIREWOOD
You are permitted to bring your own kindling and firewood. You are not permitted to scavenge the grounds for kindling or wood. We do have small bundles of wood available for $8.00 each. We observe the honesty policy with a money drop box or Venmo if you prefer.
PARKING & RESORT ROADS
Each slip is permitted one RV and one vehicle. There is no space for guest vehicles within the RV Park.
SPEED LIMIT
Our RV Park is very small. Stay below 10 miles per hour.
GOLF CARTS, ATVs, BIKES
All recreation vehicles and bikes are prohibited. There is not room in our small park to ride them.
FIREWORKS
The use of fireworks, including sparklers and explosives of any kind, are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks may result in removal from the property without refund.
FIREARMS & WEAPONS
Guests must obey all federal, state and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.
GENERAL CONDUCT & REMOVAL
Guests are required at all times to comply with all rules and regulations posted at the property as well as directions of the resort team. We reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of these rules and regulations from the resort.
