Wedding PlanningWe look forward to sitting down with you to draw up a plan that focuses on your dreams, desires, personality, and preferences while staying on budget. Venue, vendors, and other logistical details will be explored to find the right fit for your event. We will devise a manageable timeline including all elements of your event from booking your venue to cleaning up after. Start to finish, we will remain in close communication so you are apprised of every detail. You will have access to our planning software through your personal client portal. From managing your guest list to cataloging color swatches, all components of your wedding will be organized in one place.
Day-of Coordinating |
The primary job of a Day-of Coordinator is to make sure the wedding day runs smoothly. There are numerous things that must happen the day of the wedding. The Day-of Coordinator manages the day so that the bride, groom, families and wedding party can focus on getting themselves ready and enjoying the day.

- Managing the Timeline - Coordinates primarily with the Photographer and DJ ensure the wedding timeline is followed and adjusting it as needed.
- Communicating with Vendors - Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors, answering questions, and making sure they do their jobs as contracted
- Problem Solving - Reordering plans to address any unforeseen events
- Organizing the Ceremony - Takes charge of the wedding party and family so everyone makes in down the isle in the correct order and on time.
- Oversees the Reception - Lights candles, Greets guests, Assist with any questions or problems that the guests may have, Work with the Caterer and DJ to stay on schedule. We will also make sure the bathrooms stay tidy, refill the drink station and dessert table, set out appetizers and late night snacks, cut and serve cake, package leftover food, clean up spills and take out trash as needed.
